In regard to our services with Farquharson Real Estate.
Over the past four year period we have had the opportunity, indeed the pleasure, to work with both Dan and Mona Farquharson for the sale and purchase of our homes. Both Ann and I have bought and sold property in Canada and the United Kingdom and we can state without hesitation that the services Mona and Dan have provided in professional real estate business was by far the very best we have ever experienced.
More specifically, we believe that Mona and Dan provided superb customer service, attention to our needs and the detail needed in difficult sales transaction. As we worked through the sale and purchase of two homes during this time, their professional competence from start to finish was simply excellent. In addition, both provided a great sense of humour and are immensely personable. Dan and Mona are east to talk and relate to. It was not difficult to share any concerns or feelings we had on selling either home.
As in any real estate matter, negotiation can be difficult at best. Dan and Mona provided sound guidance and instant advice which proved invaluable to us. We managed through the difficult negotiation under their direct involvement and recommendations. They have a compassionate approach in handling what can often be difficult situations when doing business.
We cannot see ourselves using another real estate agent. We must also stat that Dan and Mona at all times demonstrated a superior level of ethical conduct, not always found in real estate.
